Art-secure packaging: Your photo is checked by hand, given a protective cover and placed in art-secure packaging.
No additional shipping costs: The shipping costs already include all customs duties, handling fees and import sales taxes (only US). Outside US additional costs may apply.
Hanging: Nails or screws for hanging are not included due to varying wall materials and product weights but our prints do include mounting systems like aluminum rails.
Cleaning: Your artwork should be dusted with a lint-free, soft, dry cloth, avoiding glass cleaners and pressure on prints with
backing boards or acrylic glass.
It is recommended to accept shipments even if packaging is damaged, take photos, and contact customer service promptly with the images. This helps expedite issue resolution and replacement. If you have any issues getting a replacement or refund, please reach out to info@marywoodmanphotography.com
